The Global Methodist Church (GM Church) is delighted to extend an open invitation to all members, friends, and supporters to join us in San Jose, Costa Rica, as observers of the historic Convening General Conference. This gathering is an extraordinary opportunity to witness the proceedings, engage in worship, and be present as we shape the future of our movement together.

Whether you're a member, friend, or supporter of the GM Church, this is your chance to be present for this pivotal moment in our history.
The Convening General Conference will take place from September 20-26. You are welcome to observe the entire week or just attend the days that fit your schedule. Attendance is on a first come, first serve basis, so be sure to secure your spot soon.
To ensure your participation, please complete your registration and hotel booking by the end of the day on Thursday, August 15th. We have hotel contracts with impending deadlines and cannot guarantee acceptance of registrations after that date.
For those attending, we are pleased to offer free ground transit from our vetted hotels to the Centro Costarricense de Ciencia y Cultura (CCCR) and the two other locations for worship services ensuring a seamless experience throughout the conference.
The hotels in our block have been carefully vetted for both quality and proximity to the CCCR. Staying at these hotels will give you the full GC experience, allowing you to stay in the same place as many other attendees at this historic event. Additionally, you’ll enjoy access to specially negotiated discounted rates that you won’t find on the open market.
